Flying Ghost S'mores
  • 6 marshmallows
  • 6 popsicle sticks or wooden skewers
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups graham crackers (finely crushed)
  • 2 cups peanuts (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes (toasted)
Directions
  • Place each marshmallow on a popsicle stick. Torch or place over gas burner to toast until golden brown. In a small bowl, add chocolate chips and heat in microwave at 15 second intervals until melted and smooth.
  • Dip marshmallow in chocolate, then toppings of graham crackers, peanuts and/or toasted coconut. Enjoy!
  • Helpful Tip: place a sheet tray in the freezer. Place the chocolate-dipped marshmallows on the cold tray so they set up quickly.
