Freezer Pop Pina Colada
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 2 ounces white rum (divided)
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 red freezer pop (not frozen, divided)
  • In the carafe of a blender, add the frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream, 1 ounce white rum, coconut rum, and ice and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into two hurricane glasses and top each glass with half of the ice pop and 1/2 ounce white rum. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
  • Tip: Use any flavor freezer pop you like!
