Frozen Nutty Irishman
  • 2 cups coffee ice cream
  • 3 ounces Irish cream
  • 2 ounces hazelnut liqueur
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup store-bought chocolate sauce
  • Place two pint glasses in the freezer.
  • In the carafe of a blender, add the ice cream, Irish cream, hazelnut liqueur and blend until combined.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer or by hand, add the heavy whipping cream and confectioners' sugar and whisk until soft peaks form, about 4 minutes.
  • Place the chocolate sauce in a squeeze bottle or use a spoon to drizzle the sauce on the sides of the pint glasses. Divide the milkshake between the two glasses and top with whipped cream. Serve.
  • Tip: To serve for a group use shot glasses in place of the pint glasses.
