Ingredients
Green Bloody Mary
  • 2 cups tomatillo salsa (store-bought)
  • 1 cup cucumber (seeded & diced)
  • 1 jalapeno (about 2 tablespoons, seeded & diced)
  • 2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 2 tablespoons green tobasco
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 limes (juiced, plus more cut into wedges to serve)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup vodka
Directions
  • In a blender, add the salsa, cucumber, jalapeno, celery seed, green tobasco, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice and a pinch of salt. Puree until smooth.
  • In a Collins glass filled with ice, add some Green Bloody Mary mix and the vodka. Stir and serve with a straw. Garnish with a lime wedge.
