Lemon Verbena Tea
  • 6 cups water
  • 8-12 lemon verbena leaves
  • 1-2 inch piece lemongrass (thinly sliced)
  • honey (optional to serve)
  • Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the lemon verbena and lemongrass and allow to steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove the leaves and lemongrass from the boiling water. Serve hot with honey to taste.
