Daphne's Peach-Apple Sauce is so good, you'll want to add it to everything!

Peach-Apple Sauce
  • 4 pounds Gala apples (peeled, cored, cut into wedges)
  • 2 bags frozen sliced peaches (thawed, 16 ounces each)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • In a large pot add the apples, peaches, water, lemon juice, and honey and mix to combine. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cover the pot and allow to simmer for 30 minutes or until the apples and peaches are very tender. Blend using an immersion blender or a potato masher until smooth. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • Tip: Store applesauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or place in the freezer to store.
