Peanut Butter Espresso Milkshake
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • whipped topping (to garnish)
  • chocolate covered espresso beans (chopped, to garnish)
Directions
  • In the carafe of a blender, add ice cream, espresso powder, chocolate chunks, peanut butter and blend until emulsified. Garnish with whipped topping and chopped chocolate-covered espresso beans.
  • Tip: Instead of espresso powder, brew coffee or espresso and add to blender for a fresh great taste!
