This poolside perfect drink is just what you need for your summer party!

- 1 pineapple
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 2 ounces rum
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 1/2 cup ice
- maraschino cherries (for garnish)
- Cut top off of pineapple and slice widthwise down the center. Scoop out the center of the two pineapple halves and cut into cubes. Freeze the 1 1/2 cups of pineapple cubes.
- In the carafe of a blender, add the pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream, rum, coconut rum and ice and blend to combine. Pour into the pineapple cups and top with maraschino cherries.
