How to Make Pancakes from Scratch
Clinton shows you how to make pancakes from scratch. This easy recipe for homemade, fluffy pancakes calls for 2 cups of flour, 3 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. In a separate bowl combine 2 large eggs, 1 1/2 cups of milk, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk together then combine with the dry ingrdients, but do not overmix! You want the batter to be a little lumpy.
