Dish: Omelet with Spinach and Maple Ham
¼ cup garlic herbed cheese
¼ cup spinach
¼ cup ham
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper, to taste
Whisk eggs well, pour in a non-stick pan with butter on a low flame. Low and slow, keep s tirring & moving eggs almost to a scramble. Once egg coagulates, remove from flame. Add cheese, spinach, salt, pepper (sprinkle). Fold omelet.
Remove from the pan onto a place.
Add ham diced up, pour maple syrup on. Sprinkle on omelet.
