- First off, Molly says she likes to jumpstart her metabolism each morning with a glass of hot water with lemon and cayenne (Pro tip: Drink it with a straw, she says!)
- Molly starts a typical day with a breakfast that may include an egg white omelet with spinach and turkey, plus, a side of gluten-free toast with sugar-free strawberry jam.
- If you’re trying to lose weight, she recommends staying away from dairy and wheat. So, a possible snack might include a few almonds (about 8-12).
- And when it comes to exercising, Molly loves doing lunges (approx. three sets of 10 lunges with 3 lb. weights, thirty times.) or sit-ups on an exercise ball.
